Never knew a plastic bottle cap can be use for a peeling knife.
that's interesting...
too bad i know i will forget that data
Same here maybe.
Learn something new everyday. I pick Dr Stone as an example since there's a lot being re-invented.
knowledge gets outdated. Example in university going for psych they have to reevaluate it constantly and what is used is what we know of in the last decade. Everything else gets relooked consistently to try to get it as accurate as possible. Also still learning new things and new tech is also being invented to gain more access to it. Example when people state most the worlds ocean is still undiscovered this is also as newer technology has advanced to explore this without needing to go further done in a submarine. We've taken pictures of black holes in recent years and now see much further in space to the point of the universes beginning. We know what is outside our solar system thanks to 40 year old satellites leaving them and essentially it's a lot of heat and radiation. We've also discovered another hominid group of small people who used tools and we've found an older ancestor then Lucy which is named Solomon. Lucy is still the oldest full fossil however.
Just examples but we're still always learning new things or advancing to learn them even and old knowledge can get outdated and corrected.
My heart skipped a beat
Hunger for knowledge
I don't believe it Baalmon from Xros War, here
baalmon kinda looks like an evolution of mummymon
But Baalmon Digivolve to Beelzebumon ultimate Level
Not a bad episode and seeing Baalmon was certainly unexpected... but oddly fitting as the villain of this week, also I find it very entertaining whenever there's a battle of wits in Ghost Game, that part with the trivias was fun and nicely done.
And judging by the preview of the next episode... are we gonna see Gulus again? I think it's about time, and considering Hiro will be under the spotlight in a potential nasty condition, then perhaps shit might hit the fan soon.
Knowing that next episode would be Fujitsumon and Octmon, Gulus may or may not appear.
Greedy for knowledge not always best thing. You take something in, but you forgot something. lol
This is probably the best funniest ending ever so far 🤣🤣🤣
A day late watching this, Baalmon a worshipper of knowledge bested by changing times or in this case something very recent that was done by Kiyoshiro himself. Kiyo's thirst for knowledge
I was a day late because I was writing another Ghost Game episode of my own that I wasn't able to finish in time due to another somewhat hectic week. I have the plan down but it's the episode length pacing that is throwing me off.
30+ episodes later and based on the previews, looks like we're FINALLY gonna get plot. And based on how everyone got their warp evolutions and the leaks that was posed, it looks like we're gonna get either more Gulusgammamon and/or a Mega evolution...or a Ultimate Evolution of Gulusgammamon.
I get legit nervous when Gammamon gets upset lol.
I have the biggest question. What if Baalmon evolved in human world? If it was like that, there surely was impmon with good life which is low chance because of their mischief behaviour and others digimons could not like them.
That Impmon would evolve firstly to Wizarmon or Sorcerimon.
Kiyo eps never disappoint and while it was nice to actually have a point made at the start go full circle and be called back on at the end for once and in a really clever way to, this ep as the first in a little while that actually felt like it could have done with that extra five mins just to flesh it out some more.
It's a nod towards the original Izzy ep in a way, where he gave away his curiousity and pursuit of knowledge with it but still gave a good lesson but on the opposite end, that there is no shortcuts to obtaining knowledge, plus what is trivia to one, is knowledge to another, it's all perspective and situational. Knowing a history about quantum physics is unlikely to help Hiro while out camping, while his tips and tricks likely comes from experience, suddenly Baalmon's is trivia and Hiro's is knowledge.
It's been 11 episodes since they advanced the plot.
Keep going guys, at this rate we'll know about black Digimons at episode 100
Saying it's been 11 episodes since they advanced the plot is super generous, because if we're being real, the plot has never been advanced. Gulus appearance really didn't advance anything, they are still at the same mission (fighting random digimons to save the day) every episode and nothing changed. Even wrap evolution is super pointless.
haha I know, the counter was made from the last time they mentioned anything about black Digimons, which is 11 episodes ago, even tho it was only a single sentence......
I knew they were real ghosts! But I didn't knew they would vanish like that. 😭 scary af
Baalmon was challenge fairly by kyoshiro, then they cheated him lol
Next week is a Final Destination episode lol
They already did that 20+ episodes ago
Wait... They already did a 'See your future death' episode?
Yeah, 2 exactly. One with Kiyoshiro trying to escape death and avoid going to the afterlife and the one episode that almost gets the voice actors killed just by criticizing the rumor/report.
In my defense, the episodes in this series can be kind of for forgettable lol
wait is this the first time we see his arm not bandaged up?
I think that's an animation error. I think someone in the team didn't animate his bandaged arm.
Probably yeah
When? I didn't notice that.
It really feels like Espimon would have joined with another as his tamer at this point
I mean, he eventually has to evolve, since he has a defined evolution line in the Vital Bracelet. I wonder when and how it will be, though (maybe with or without a tamer, like Ryudamon)
I was under the impression that Espimon belonged to Hokuto, he does have a "digivice", plus the pair do have a lot in common with each other.
So Baalmon was able to control those human ghosts?
Is like the reverse of what happened during Espimon's debut
No Idea, they might just been his last Victims?
Fuck off, bot.
this ep was cool, Baalmon is a direct hit on nostalgia LOL
This ep also gives an indication on just how loaded Kiyo actually is to be able to afford a gate donation to begin with, with out it phasing him, assuming it was a large one that's about 9k converted.
I think the final boss Myotismon. He is probably the one that gets Gammamon to Warp digivolve to evil ulitmate.
Wait, is that part about buying 3 identical items for display, storing and lending true? Weird, I never heard about it. Do people really do that in Japan?
Sounds super expensive.
It's an otaku thing; specifically amongst collectors. You buy three copies of a favorite book, manga, album, anime, etc. Something that can be easily shared. Not, for example, a figurine or gunpla or poster. One is to be kept safe, in storage, as a collector's item, one is to be enjoyed (read, watched, listened to, etc.) by yourself, and the other is to give out to others to try and turn them into fans, as well. Real popular with idol fans buying CDs or photos.
It exists outside Japan, as well; mostly with book enthusiasts or comic book collectors, but people used to buy multiple CDs / records / cassettes of their favorite bands, as well. You don't want to loan out your only copy to someone and risk it never being returned. :P So one for yourself and one to share.
Again, though, this is only for real enthusiasts who happily throw their money at things like that.
It was good episode. Baalmon really surprised this time with his hunger for knowledge.
It was like a Koshiro's episode with Vademon from Adventure, but it ended better for everyone.
So, Doumon couldn't control those ghosts, and he fell under their influence, but here Baalmon could easily control and create those ghosts.
Next time it's debut for that obscure Fujitsumon, Octmon's symbiotic partner. Gulus may appear and we will see another black digimon (maybe, Loweemon, maybe) or may not.
Dont knoa they could have been jut his last victims
That could be a good idea, but that's unlikely.
ha, with my unnecesary knowledge of pokemon over 20 years baalmon would be nothing :v
